Welcome to Toseland Properties. We should start by saying that we’re not like other letting agents. We’ve got all the knowledge and expertise you deserve, but a level of personal service you might not expect.

We’re local, not national; we have a high street branch, not a call centre; and we’ll explain what we can offer clearly, rather than hiding behind jargon.

Landlords

The professionals at Toseland Properties have extensive experience of property management, and our current portfolio is made up of 22 properties – eight of which are based here in Chesterfield. Our services are aimed at landlords of all levels, from those with a single buy-to-let, to professionals with a number of properties. The three broad service levels we provide are: let only, rent management and full property management, but we can create a package to suit any individual needs.

Tenants

We will also match tenants with their ideal home – as tenants ourselves, we understand the letting process from the perspective of a tenant, as well as a professional, and can provide all the advice and support you need.

Maintenance

We can tackle almost any kind of project around the home, whether it is fitting bathrooms and kitchens; re-plastering; painting and wallpapering; fitting flooring or laying carpet; tiling; and electrical work. We can also do smaller DIY jobs like putting up shelving, and installing washing machines or dishwashers. Whether your job is large or small, we’ll tackle it quickly and professionally.
